We use different soy sauce for different dishes, and Honzan Aoi is produced in Izu Amagi, the home of Aoi. The Kuroge wagyu for the steak comes from the Tohoku region (Center of Yamagata and Miyagi) and is carefully selected and has a rich flavor.

Also, when you order whisky or shochu on the rocks, it comes out with ice shaved into a circle!

One month before the opening of the Athens Olympics. Tonight's main dish is "U -23 Japan vs U -23 Tunisia". I will sit at the counter in front of the open kitchen and watch the game while enjoying the meal by myself.

While drinking Asahi Super Dry draft beer (500 yen), eat first. "Hamburger steak 150 g" (¥750/¥100 extra for every 100 g increase) topped with "Sunny-side up" (100 yen). The demigus sauce that took a week to finish was superb. Unfortunately, we were eliminated at 0 -1, but I was very satisfied with the experience.

There are a lot of snacks on the menu, so I ended up ordering a lot, but I decided to order "Assorted Pickles" (450 yen) and "Kichū" (600 yen/glass) on the rocks. The bar shelves are packed with alcoholic beverages, including original cocktails with a unique name (Check with the store!) and plenty of whisky.
