An authentic American-style sports cafe opened in the northern land!

A sports cafe opened in March 2006 by the former chef, Sato owner, following JERSEY BAR. He also worked at a Japanese restaurant in New York and frequented a local sports cafe and bar.

The restaurant is spacious with 10 counter seats, 9 sofa seats and 38 table seats. From opening until 14: 00, all dishes are 680 yen for lunch time. After that, until 17: 00, it is cafe time, and there are various desserts such as homemade waffles that women will love!

It changes into a bar at night, and there are 5 kinds of draft beer such as Heineken beer. It is a restaurant that can be enjoyed by men and women of all ages, day and night.

The taste and space of American sports cafe is faithfully reproduced!

We've been here again this year, covering the journey in Sapporo! The owner of JERSEY, Mr. Sato, has lived in the United States not only as a chef, but also as a buyer of used clothes, and has a history of walking around sports cafes and bars all over America.

'We value the balance of alcohol, food, restaurant atmosphere and everything.' says the owner, who always pays attention to the space so much that he changes the music played in the store to suit the situation of customers. JERSEY FOOD are the crystals of the authentic taste that they learned with their own eyes and tongue. Cheese platter (Photo lower right: 400 yen) is very delicious when you put plenty of onion slices and mustard on it!
