[Japan National Team Support Sale] Snacks!!
Let's create a place where we can communicate with people all over the world through soccer!!! That's why, on June 8, 1996, THE FooTNiK opened in Takadanobaba, Tokyo, on the opening day of the quadrennial European Championship in England.
FooTNiK, which was introduced by the mass media, became known to soccer fans all over the country as the Asian qualifiers for the World Cup in France became very exciting after the fun of watching a soccer match on a big screen began to be gradually accepted.
In May 1997, a traditional FA CUP from England, the home country of football, came to our shop for charity. On the day of the event, a magazine, a newspaper, a British radio station, and Ian Karakhan, a former Liverpool player and former England national team player, also visited the restaurant. Not only Japanese, but also many more foreigners came to the restaurant, and before and after the event, it became widely known among foreigners living in Japan.
