In the summer of 2001, the owner "Kotaro", who visited the world sports cafe (Closed in December 2003.) that has become a legend among sports cafes and was shocked by its culture, searched for a place like this in Kyushu, but could not find the perfect place, so he built 'No! Then build it!'.
