The owner, Itabashi (Itasan), became a junior youth soccer player for the prestigious Yomiuri Soccer Club when he was in the first grade of elementary school, and has been a soccer player since (enjoy playing for one's home team after one's retirement).

For this reason, there are many customers who are related to Verdi. It opened in September 2004. He wanted to run a store in the future and realized his dream. He used to train at the restaurant "drunken dwelling" run by his senior, Tetsuya Totsuka, and his handling of skewers as well as foot techniques is superb.
