Master Hayashi from Gifu Prefecture studied it on his own, saying, "I want to make these dishes that I used to taste as a selling point of this restaurant.". When it opened in 2004, it was added to the store's signature menu.
It is a small restaurant that is 8 tsubo wide and will be full with 20 people, but conversely, it is at home. "Because it is small, customers who do not know each other naturally create a community." he said. Hayashi still plays for a soccer team in Nakano Ward. Of course, the accompaniment to sake is "Primarily soccer".
