A tavern where you can taste the authentic "Miso Cutlet" of Nagoya

A restaurant where you can enjoy the local specialties of Nagoya such as "Miso Cutlet" as an izakaya, "Chicken wings" and "Rice ball with tempura".

Master Hayashi from Gifu Prefecture studied it on his own, saying, "I want to make these dishes that I used to taste as a selling point of this restaurant.". When it opened in 2004, it was added to the store's signature menu.

It is a small restaurant that is 8 tsubo wide and will be full with 20 people, but conversely, it is at home. "Because it is small, customers who do not know each other naturally create a community." he said. Hayashi still plays for a soccer team in Nakano Ward. Of course, the accompaniment to sake is "Primarily soccer".
