"Daburu Nishiazabu" is one of the few restaurants in central Tokyo where you can enjoy authentic specialties of Yamaguchi Prefecture! When you step into the store, drawn into the simple appearance based on white, it becomes a stylish space with a modern Japanese style, high class and calm. There are three monitors in the store, so you can use it in various situations such as a private room, a counter seat or a table seat. This shop has been visited by many athletes so far! Our shop is also recommended for watching sports while enjoying meals! We mainly serve Japanese cuisine made with Yamaguchi ingredients, such as the famous tiger puffer, Nagahagi Japanese beef, a Japanese black beef from Hagi, a branded chicken from Choshu Kurokashiwa, and live fish from Yamaguchi! The restaurant's signature dish "Kawara soba" is seasoned with the sweet taste of Yamaguchi. This is a superb dish where you can enjoy the texture of the crispy soba fried with tiles and the harmony of the soup and meat!
We always have about 20 kinds of Yamaguchi local sake to match the dishes. Other than the standard Dassai, we have the best selection in Tokyo such as Gobashi, Toyo Bijin, Ki and Yagi. We have a wide variety of beer, shochu, fruit wine, sour and whisky, so please enjoy watching sports in the mature space of Nishiazabu.
