Located on the rooftop of Odaiba Diver City Tokyo Plaza, "H.L.N.A SKYGARDEN" is a skating park where you can enjoy a stylish and cool experience overlooking Tokyo. Various sections are available, including a quarter, a manual box, a reasonably sized mini-lamp, and steer and guardrail.
