It is an Italian bar that has a pasta factory in the restaurant. They mainly have homemade fresh pasta, ajillo, sausage and other snacks that goes well with alcohol.
We use carefully selected ingredients delivered directly from the farm and organic vegetables grown with love by farmers.
As much as possible, it is handmade without additives.
We also have carefully selected Japanese and natural wines according to the season.
